Economic globalization and multi-polarization call forth international relations' democracy. Meanwhile, the world should be of diversity and the cultures of different countries should be of variety, so that we should respect and protect its diversities and advocate diversified developmental models for different countries and advance democratized international relations. But the hegemonies and power politics still exist, and unfair, unreasonable, old international order has prevented developing countries from working as a whole, it is a long-term and complex course to get international relations democratized. The goal can be realized from five aspects: obeying international laws and international relations' basic rules, prompting the revolution of the United Nations, opposing hegemonies and power politics, changing old international political and economical order completely, and using peaceful ways to solve international disputes. The mentality bears important strategic relevance to enriching China's theory on international relations and to safeguarding the world peace, development and cooperation and improving China's international status and foreign relations.
