The research of the Administration, from the practical point, is contributed to the administration practice of our country; from the theoretical point, is to increase our knowledge, definite our value, search the ways and means in order to promote application research and direct the practice. This paper is a kind of methodology thinking in reverse to our Administrative theoretical research.The background of my methodology thinking in reverse is the national, for the approach of the theoretical research includes reference and creation.
