Study On System Of Legislation Debate

Therefore, it is necessary that enhance the quality of law production when we want to consummate legislation system. As an important part of legislate system, debate system that supported by democracy and science is becoming into an indispensable link and promoting formation of open legislation system.Emerged in the west politics civilization, system of legislation debate began from British parliament system. Behind the form of"three read"procedure, the system contains a value idea of respecting different interest and pursuing equality and freedom. It is becoming possible and necessary that recommends and establishes system of legislation debate now. One reason is we used to have law debate in our history culture, and the other is that we are exploring law debate actively in system and idea under the background of market economy.
