On The Law Of Consumers' Rights And Interests Protection

Along with the history course of reformation and opening and rapid development of socialism market economy, Our country protection business of consumers'rights and interests under the push of International protection movement of consumers'rights and interests, from zero to one , from little to large, has gained remarkable achievement . But consumers'rights and interests is still repeatedly damaged in the meantime, We must strengthen the study on protection of consumers'rights and interests continuously, for sure to protect consumers'legal rights and interests. Joining WTO and the rise of the network economy, our protection business of consumers'rights and interests in own development process again faces many new problems, and presents some new characteristics.
