Conceiving law concepts of which many are now worshipped by today's law world, ancient Greek Myth have very rich content. Such notions as justice, freedom, order and right appear in works of today's law-scientists and philosophers. But while studying the content mentioned above, seldom do people link it up with ancient Greek Myth, which are undoubtedly worth pursuing and studying as they are firsthand sources in reflecting the living styles, behavior standards and beliefs. The author of this essay aims to, with the help of ancient Greek Myth ----the original memory of ancient Greeks of their forefathers, analyze the real content of the law concepts in from an jurisprudence angle.As far as the framework is concerned, the first chapter mainly states the justice notion in ancient Greek Myth, and reveal the spreading and change of socialism in ancient Greece by distinguish between Themis justice and Dike justice. Secondly, the author mentions power and the notion of right in ancient Greek Myth, and points out that individualism existed in the then society. Thirdly, under the influence of the concepts of justice and power, the society would become orderly. After that, emphasizing on the meaning of rights on speaking, migration, the author analyzes the concepts of order and freedom. From the real sense, the world in legends is not a peaceful world charged by the Creator. There are criminal behaviors even under the charge of the Creator. Hence, in the last chapter, the author states the thoughts on judgement and conviction. We will see how ancient Greeks conducted their court conviction, and with what kind of attitude did they punish criminal.With all mentioned above being the main points of the essay, the author's purpose is to take venture into the law concepts in ancient Greek society via legends, thus to find firsthand evidence for today's study and build up the link between ancient myth and law.
