Research On China’s Contemporary Ethical Order Of Construction Which Based On Social Justice

Ethics problem as the moral negative phenomena emerging from alllevels of society, the moral sense of crisis is hitherto unknown. Analysesof its causes are complex and diverse, which mainly involve politics,economy, culture, life and other fields, but the root of the problem is thatsocial injustice. Therefore, this paper puts forward “based on socialjustice in contemporary ethics order." Proposition has great theoreticalvalue and practical significance. This article uses "the unity of history andlogic method, the Marx doctrine" under the guidance of the theory, drawlessons from domestic and international scholar of the latest researchresults, the use of political science, economics, ethics, sociology andpsychology and other related theories on this question to make someexploratory study.This paper consists of four parts: the first part of the article mainlyintroduces the writing background, significance and the domestic andforeign research trends; in the second part of the review on the basis ofprevious studies, combined with China’s background of justice and socialjustice, the connotation and extension of redefining; the third part is thecore section, due to ethical have extensive osmotic, to society’s” four inone"(political, economic, cultural and social) as the main dimension,profound reflection in the field of the existing problem of unfair. In addition, the article thinks, morality is a kind of flexible social norms,moral itself has some limitations (mainly depends on the individualautonomy). Therefore, justice becomes the new ethical order of the lastbarrier, because the law is a kind of rigid social norms, only moral andlegal marriage can fully guarantee the sound running of the society andethical order. But the problem lies in the judicial practice, there are manyinjustices, contrary to fair value concept. Therefore, justice is the ethicalorder of attention is one of the main aspects; fourth part is the profoundreflection after a countermeasures, this paper puts forward four aspects,fulfill seriously only, can fundamentally resolve moral crisis, establishingnew ethical order, which guarantee the society towards a moreharmonious direction.
