The Government Procurement Law of China is a newly enacted law with high quality, however, it needs to be perfected. In the practice of the implementation about the Government Procurement Law of China, There are still some important problems that appear usually, for example that it is indistinct how the Independent Government Procurement Organization play his legal role in the government purchase act, and that the articles on public policies can not be carried out unless they are prescribed in detail, and that the ways protecting the legal rights of the suppliers are often blocked on, and so on, which have brought a lot of bad affections to the implementation of the law in fact. The Government Procurement Law of China should be perfected and be clarified in implementation measures on time, so that it could play more important roles in the standardization of the government purchase act of our country.
