Research On The Problem Of Community Correction

Community correction is an important reform in penal enforcement system and the way of performing penalty in China. It has significant value in humanism and scientism of enforcing penalty, reducing penal cost, eliminating imprisonment disadvantage. Thus extending community correction is a trend for criminal disposition. Aiming at the situation that the general developing level of community correction is low in our country, it is emergency to strengthen configuration and improvement of community correction system. Consequently it is necessity to improve relevant law and regulation, enlarge application of community correction, enrich content of community correction and set up scientific measuring system as well. Furthermore in order to increase the application of community correction, there shall build an integrative system which judicial administration organization should carry out the community correction.
