There is a gigantic difference of educational developing level caused by economy, history, and culture between different nationalities in frontiers; moreover, the situation of receiving education of the most minorities is definitely lower than Han people. It has a great reality significance that how to overcome the negative influence of drugs and AIDS on the next generation, and to let the youth grow healthfully and complete studies smoothly, and to improve people's scientific, cultural, and moral qualities in the frontier.This paper takes Wan Ding Zone, De Hong Autonomous Prefecture as an instance to research and analyze the children's problem of receiving education and the situation of their manuals and mental growing through manners of questionnaire researches and individual investigations, and then it is compared with the other common people's children. A result of the questionnaire research shows that there are sharp differences of conditions of receiving education, and of growing environment, and of family relationships, and of learning and daily behaviors between the addicts and AIDS sufferers' children and the other common healthy people's children. And a result of individual investigations shows that the children's psychological development as well as individual behavior are passively effected by their parents who suffer drugs and AIDS disease, therefore, the children's studying achievement is always influenced to be worse than before.It is concluded based on analyzing questionnaires and individual investigations that. those drug addicts and AIDS sufferers are a special group. They are not only infringed by drugs and AIDS as well as contrarily endanger the society, but also load a heavily economical burden to their family and a heavily psychological burden to their families. Their children's growing and being educated are therefore negatively affected.
