New millennium, new era. With the rapid development of communications, computer, and network technology, the globalization of internet brings the new communicational era to the whole world. Because of the advantage of immateriality, the internet is independent with the time and region, which results in the emergence of completely new pattern of commerce—electronic commerce. As a burgeoning pattern of non-paper commerce, the electronic commerce has been widely used in world commerce, and gradually become the outstanding pattern of commerce. For its character of open, two sides must think over the security of electronic commerce firstly. As a result , my essay will focus on the legislation of electronic commerce in China.The most fundamental and critical rule of electronic authentication is to guarantee the safety of electronic commerce.
