On The Theory And Practice Of The Jurisdiction Of CAS Olympic Game's Ad Hoc Arbitration

With the approximation of 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, more and more attention is focused on its preparation. We have done sufficient material work, simultaneously, a usually ignored field---the preparation on relevant law has aroused the recognition of most countrymen, especially those in law circles.In recent years, sports law, especially international sports law has been an important researching field. The lag on sports law in our country is evident, which is one of the most urgent situations to us, as a hosting country for Olympic Games , we must catch up with the advanced so as to match the development. It requires not only the match of law system, but also the match of law consciousness as well as the law mentality. No matter what the regulations on sports match organizing and umpiring are, or what the judging criteria and solving mechanism of various disputes are, they are included in the independent international law system, which will not be confined by the law of the hosting country. A t the same time, we should be clearly aware that the Olympic Games disputes can be solved only by CAS AHD.How to understand the jurisdiction of CAS AHD on the disputes arising during Olympic Games?
