| With the knowledge-based economy's arriving, human capital is more and more important for the development of social economy. At present, the human capital theory is the latest academic topic which is studied by many scholars. And the contribution of human capital to the company will be the most important practice of this theory. According to this situation, the law system about human capital contribution should be build. Therefore , this thesis has done the research on the evaluation of human capital contribution, which is the most important step of this kind of contribution .There are three parts of this thesis. The above two chapters are the theoretical basis of the third chapter, and the structure of this thesis is divided as follows: considering few people pay enough attention to the reason for the foundation of the human capital theory, the first chapter gives the argumentation about the theoretical premise which the foundation of the human capital theory is based on, and presents the law analysis on the problem that human labor can become the capital, and thus provides the theoretical support for the foundation of the human capital theory. The second chapter is based on the first chapter, and has discussed the theory and practice of human capital contribution. This chapter firstly introduces the present theory of human capital contribution , especially pointing out we should pay more attention to the two basic problems of this theory, and then discusses the feasibility of human capital contribution as well as the present situation of human capital contribution in our country. The third chapter discusses the feasibility of the evaluation of human capital contribution and introduces the human capital evaluation in the law scope, and finally introduces the detail institution construction of the evaluation of human capital contribution.We hope this thesis can remind the law-makers in our country to pay more attention to the institution of human capital contribution. What's more , this thesis perhaps can supply some suggestions on the institution of the evaluation of human capital contribution, which is the very purpose of writing this thesis. |
