The Goal System And Motive Force Mechanism Of The Modernized New-type Community Studying

At present, Chinese urban community construction is expanding nationwide with the unprecedented speed. A series of theoretical questions in the course of community construction have caused the concern in many ways. How to use external experience for reference and combine the reality of this area, then come into being the theory and pattern of community construction with Chinese characteristics, such problems deserves our full attention.The following thesis ,taking the community construction of Xiacheng District of Hangzhou City as an mid-scopical aspect example of Chinese urban communityconstruction ,centre on these two problems------ "What kind of community willconstruct"& "How to construct the community" during the period of society transformation. As the first batch of experimental districts &demonstration districts of Chinese urban community construction, Xiacheng District has made the effects in the process of community construction. According to the order of theory to practice, and then from practice to theory, this thesis studies and explores these following problems: the goal system of Chinese urban community construction, the source of community construction's motive force, plural behavior subjects in the community and how to form the composition of forces. The thesis tries hard to offer some beneficial enlightenment of advance our country urban community construction coordination, health, sustainable development.In order to solve the problem that "What kind of community will construct", this thesis proposes that the goal of community construction is to construct the modernized new-type community with "Five types in one" , which is unify organically of Serving community, Autonomy community, Studying community, Digital community, Ecological community.
