Construction And Research On Mechanism Of Dispute-Resolution In Urban Community During The Period Of Social Transition

With the gradual progress of market reform, there are mutual contact and friction for the diversified benefit between different stakeholders during the further development of the socialist economy. For the contradictions and conflicts resulted by uneven distribution of interests during different stakeholders, such as country, collectivization and individual, it is necessary to weaken the full and direct intervention of government in the management of social affairs for social and economic development in the socialist grassroots governance, and instead by strong measures to support functional specialization of social organizations, and active supply to the community co-management of public affairs, forming diversified governance situation and public environment during government, social organizations, volunteers and residents.
