Research On The Participation Of Social Forces In Community Correction In My Country

At the end of the 19th century,the idea of socialized execution appeared in western countries,and it was proposed to use non-custodial punishment measures to reform the crime and personality of criminals,and the community correction system also came into being.During the operation and development of the community corrections system,academic circles have recognized the important roles played by various social forces participating in community corrections,such as: saving limited punishment resources,alleviating social conflicts,facilitating the resocialization of criminals,Conducive to building a harmonious society.Influenced by foreign countries,my country has also begun to vigorously develop the community correction system,and has already explored several new models for social forces to participate in community correction.In 2019,my country promulgated the "Community Correction Law",which officially entered a new stage in the development of the community correction system.However,we should also see that there are still many problems in practice,such as: the relevant supporting laws and regulations are not perfect,a social force with strong practicality has not yet been built to participate in the community correction service platform,and there is a lack of equal communication between the government and the participants.The lack of awareness of social forces participating in community corrections,the unclear responsibilities of social forces involved in community corrections,and the unclear legal responsibilities when social forces participate,these problems have formed barriers to the further development of my country’s social forces’ participation in community corrections system.Starting from the improvement of the relevant legal norms for social forces to participate in community corrections,the author proposes different paths for social forces to participate in classified corrections,establishes and improves the development platform,access and exit mechanism,and development guarantee mechanism for social forces to participate in community corrections,and clarifies the process of social forces’ participation.The duties and responsibilities in the implementation of the duties and legal liabilities that are required when they cannot be performed.Try to solve the outstanding problems in our country’s social forces participating in community corrections work through the above perfect methods,and clear the obstacles for the development of our country’s social forces’ participation in community corrections work.
