Study On The Construction Of CPC's Administration Ability From 1949 To 1956

This thesis tries to investigate the CPC positive exploration what had done to its own administration ability from 1949 to 1956 from the angle with unified history and logic, analyze its concrete measures and routes, sum up its achievement of theory and practice, summarize its historical experience and lesson which expect to offer reference to the construction of CPC's administration ability during the new period.The thesis is divided into four major parts. Part One mainly probes into Macroscopical background of construction of CPC's ability administration in the early days of PRC's foundation when CPC had already possessed stronger administration ability. CPC had to propose the new challenge to CPC's administration ability since living status and environmental change. Part Two expounds the fact that CPC further improved concrete measures and routes of administration ability from 1949 to 1956. Part Three analyzes CPC's administration ability on the theoretical and practical achievements within this period emphatically. On the basis of the above-mentioned analysis, Part Four summarizes the historical experience of construction of CPC's administration ability from 1949 to 1956, expecting to offer reference to strengthening the construction of CPC's administration ability during the new period.
