On The Process Supervision During The Execution Of Frontier Defence Inspection Work

The frontier defence inspection organ, set in the open areas ofour Country, is the executing body established by the ministry of Public Security (MOPS) and has much great public powers. Its main task is to examine and supervise, in accordance with laws, the people with entry-exit visa as well as their luggage, the transportation tools and the goods carried by these tools. The frontier defence inspection organ, as the key part of MOPS, bear both political and social responsibility of upholding the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) as the ruling party, safeguarding the peace and soundness of our Country, as well as guaranteeing its citizens live and work in peace and contentment. At the meantime, as the only executive body of MOPS in the open areas of our Country, it not only represents the image of MOPS, but also the image of CCP and our Country, especially when it carries out the work of frontier defence inspection. After that, we will evolve the supervision model from these problems and make an analysis of the model to put forward another totally new one which is called Process Supervision. By definition and illustration of the process supervision, we will also build the process supervision system, or the overall supervision pattern. Through my analysis of its framework and features, you may find in this Process Supervision many innovative ideas which make itself different from the traditional supervision model. The third part of my assay will put much emphasis on the specific application of this Process Supervision model to the frontier defence inspection work. The main contents of the application include many aspects such as inspection work system, rules, standards, operational mechanism and so on. Furthermore, we will elaborate the feasibility of the Process Supervision to realize the integration of theory with practice. In the last part, aiming at solving the problems from policy and system such as the work patterns, structures and styles, I will put forward several suggestions to complete the Process Supervision. These suggestions includes the ideas of supervision, the reinforcement in authority and independence of supervision, the increase of the technology content in supervision and enlargement of the external supervision, etc.
