| Presently, our society is being in the comprehensive transforming period. Along with the mighty impact of the market economy, the values of the countryside youth nowadays are experiencing the evolution and the differentiation. Complexity, disorder, contradiction and conflict are among the changes. Then, some urgent problems should be considered and solved, such as the current situation of the values differentiation of the countryside youth, the further reasons behind this differentiation phenomenon, how to realize the values' conformity according to the present situation and so on. Therefore, this article takes the values of countryside youth in the reforming time as the analysis object to inspect its present situation of differentiation and do research on the its reasons. Then it proposes the corresponding conformity countermeasures to realize the transformation of the values from the traditional to the up-to-date. What's more, it will provide the reference for incumbent party, local government, and Communist Youth League to formulate the youth policy, to strengthen the countryside thought moral reconstruction, Impels the rural economy development and the new rural reconstruction.
