Social Transformation Of The Relationship Of The Communist Youth League And Youth Non-governmental Organizations

During the period of the transforming modern Chinese society, the development of youth non-governmental organization provide new platform for the traditional work method of the Communist Youth League. The fast development of Shanghai and the quick popularization of internet has grown up the youth NGO. In this paper, we classify the Communist Youth League and the youth NGO as the Third Division. We will apply the principle of the Society Transformation Theory and the Third Division Theory, and combine survey and interview method to collect information, and analyze the polarization of youth group and do some basic analysis on the current situation and main challenge of the youth NGOs in Shanghai and Jiading from the pespective of historical mission of the Communist Youth League during the age of social transformation. We try to know the demand and feeling of youth NGO founders and junior leaders of the CYL, and their opinion on the relationship between the CYL and youth NGO.We believe that this relationship is not kind of leading and being led, or competition, but interaction through dialogue and collaboration. We provide some advice on how to establish new relationship between the CYL and youth NGOs and predict some indirect and functional management system and method.At last, we point out that we should carry out some effective policies and set up platform to help the youth non-governmental organizations.
