Research On Region E-Gov Antetype Experiment (Population Domain)

The population domain informationization construction is one of the most important of the E-Gov, and it is the foundation of solves the population that is affect the human sustainable development question, too. Human is main body of society. Various services domain information system finally needs the population information system support. The traditional population domain informationization construction does things its own way, distributes in the Public Security, the Civil Administration, Labor and Social Security, Population and Family Planning Commission and so on. With the development of society, transformation of government functions, and increase of public services, those information distributed many departments ,due to no exchange, not updated in time, can't satisfy requirement of complete mastery information.To explore and realization population information exchange and share, building Server-Oriented new model, State Information office decide Region E-Gov Antetype Experiment (Population Domain) in Huangpu region. I undertakes this experiment research, system design and the project implementation management. Based on studies the domestic and foreign E-Gov development, the model application case, considered population domain management and application actuality, demand, this article designed the architecture of the population domain, and emphatically discuss the population information resource system, the exchange system, the application system and the security system.
