Social organization of labor as intermediary and bridge of relationship betweenthe migrant workers and state, market, social, is major responsibility of seekingresources, helping social assistance, realizing social harmony. It can represent the partof the migrant workers in the secondary labor market, make up flaws that thegovernment lack of basic public services for migrant workers, make up deficienciesthat the enterprise lack basic rights protection for migrant workers. However,master-slave relationships and trading relationships have been exposed between socialorganizations and the government, the enterprise. Social organizations of publicwelfare and non-profit have been questioned. Therefore, Social organizations mustcoordinate the exchange relationship both the government and enterprises, but alsomust actively explore mechanisms and processes of mobilization of social resourcesin the field of civil society.The case-study method used in this paper, started from the social exchangeperspective, based on social attraction and shared values as a theoretical framework,the methods of participative observation and focus interviews. Selected the Ginstitution of social organizations as the research object. From August2012toDecember2012, there searches deeply participate in migrant schools project of Ginstitution. To analyze what is the exchange relationship, as well as exchangeprocesses and mechanisms, focusing on analysis of processes and mechanismsbetween labor social organization and volunteers (individual volunteers, volunteerorganizations, and the social elite), mass media, other social organizations in the fieldof civil society. This is an exploration of social exchange theory in China, solving theproblems of survival and sustainable development of China’s social organization,providing a new research perspective of social organization.Social organization of Labor’ exchange objects are two categories, one is theservice object (migrant workers), and the other is supply providers (Government,business, community). In the social field, including volunteers (individuals volunteer,University volunteer, social elites), the mass media and other communityorganizations. Exchange processes is the meet of the spiritual needs, reality needs and identity needs to achieve sustainable attractive process between social organization oflabor and migrant workers. Its exchange mechanism is based on shared values,through meeting the needs of different levels of migrant workers, migrant workersroles are transformed, realizing exchange patterns of mutual benefit. Exchangeprocesses is perception of the charitable projects and organizations to achievesustainable attractive process between social organizations and resource providers. Itsexchange mechanism is based on shared values, through increasing resource provider’perception of the charitable projects and organizations, resource providers have agreater shared values, ultimately achieving sustainable resources.
