The Study Of Modern Prison Administration

With the progressive establishment and improvement of China's market-economy system and the steady deepening of the reforms of its political and economic systems, many contradictions, difficulties and problems have surfaced in prison work. In particular, some problems in the prison administration system have rendered it unable to cope with the needs of the implementation of corporal punishment in prison, even restrained and hinder the legal and scientific construction of prison work, and affected the improvement of the quality of prisoner rehabilitation. Thus, reforming and improving the prison administration system has become a major topic in exploring the reforms of the prison administration system. The author of this paper, by taking advantage of his professional experience, conducts a systematic analysis of existing problems in China's prison administration and the causes of these problems, probes how to introduce modern management ideology to prison administration so that it can cope with the needs of modern development, and elaborates on the path forward for modern prison administration and the performance of prison work in building a harmonious society.
