On The Equitability Of Current China's Income Distribuition System For Civil Servants

Problems have gradually emerged from the old income distribution system for civil servants in the process of China's reforms and economic development. It is high time to rationalize the income distribution order and establish an equitable and reasonable payment system. Through the description of the unfairness in current income distribution system, this thesis analyses its reasons from the perspectives of distribution policy system, payment system design and distribution management and, with reference to the payment systems of other countries, gives suggestions on how to establish an equitable distribution system for civil servants.
