With the acceleration of the urbanization and the increase of the leisure time of citizens, the community is becoming the main centralization area for the callans. The community callans hope strongly that the government and society satisfy their ever-growing material and cultural needs. Being an organization with integrated structure, the CCYL has been working with the callan for so many years, so it is imperative for the CCYL to think over the issue of how to improve and strengthen the callan work according to the adjustment of the city structure, and then to assist the government in the administration of the community callan affairs.
