Research On Carriers Construction Of Ideological And Political Education In Enterprises

Carrier of ideological and political education in enterprises is the important part of its theory system. It not only enriches the fundamental theories of ideological and political education, but also ensures that the practice of ideological and political education in enterprises carries on scientifically and efficiently. With the development of the society, carrier construction of ideological and political education in enterprises can not keep pace with the times. Through systematic study of the meanings and characteristics of carrier construction, as well as the existing problems and the construction measures, this paper aims at enriching the theory and promoting the construction of ideological and political education to make it play the more important role in the modem socialist construction and enterprises reformation. The more importance is that the author analyses the causes from many aspects in view of the problems that exist.Part four: the principles and measures of carrier construction. This is the focal point and ultimate end-result of the paper. At first, the author sums up the principles that must be followed. Then, the author analyzes some basic carriers, such as carrier of enterprises culture, carrier of exercise, carrier of mass media, carrier of management and carrier of curriculum.
