A Study On Ideological And Political Education Blending In Social Control During The Period Of Social Transition

Without efficient social order, society cannot succeed in positive operation and harmonious development. While any kind of society’s good operation should maintain by moderate social control. As the components of social life, social control is a rule or principle for the ideology and behavior of members of society by social organization system, which uses social norms and means and methods correspondingly. It is also a process for social relation adjustment. To be one method of social control, ideological and political education plays essential role in social control process and meanwhile social control react with ideological and political education.It is true that thought guiding has been the major spreading mechanism by ideological and political education for a long time. While, since the reform and open up policy was adopted, Chinese society has been in vital moment of social transition period. Because social control is an important part of social life, it is an essential segment for ideological and political education to blend in with social life. As a result, in the social transition background, discussions between social control and ideology and political education apply a exploratory experiment to promote ideology and political education’s efficiency and advance its socialization.The study consists of three parts: preface, text and conclusion, which includes three parts.The basic ideas of social control are reviewed in the first part. And research background is another research point in this chapter. Through teasing out the basic questions of social control, like concept, character, and classification, weather ideological and political education and social control have something in common will be explained, which is the theoretical foundation of the whole study. Under such circumstances of contemporary China, ideological and political education faces many challenges. And through analyzing these challenges, feasibility and background of this study is also analyzed.The relationship between social control and ideological and political education is the main body in the second part of this study, which is the core context. From an overall perspective, as a means of social control, ideological and political education is a component of social control. Meanwhile, as a communicator of Party’s ideology, what ideological and political education says is also the core thought of Chinese social control. Therefore, from the angle of organization and system control, sorting the relationship of ideological and political education and social control, on the one hand, organization and system control provides institution guarantee for ideological and political education so that it can function in some typical areas. On the other hand, ideological and political education is the powerful way of organization and system control’s internalization. Advancing blending ideological and political education into organization and system control, promoting its efficiency can make organization and system control work better. From the angle of culture control, on the one hand, ideological and political education is the top building for culture control in meeting the national requirements. Every means of culture control should connect to Party’s ideology based on its inherent of the value. Only by this way can adapt national development. On the other hand, other culture control is the foundation of promoting ideological and political education’s efficiency. If ideology from ideological and political education can not base on other culture control, Party’s ideology cannot echoes people’s inherent value identity, which cannot arouse people’s agreement.Combining the rapid development of ideological and political education and social control, the practice strategies of promoting ideological and political education efficiency are discussed in the third part from social control angle to provide an effective access to explore enhancing ideological and political education’s efficiency.
