The Co-operations Of China And ASEAN: Based On The Peace-developing Theory

As China unceasingly develops its overall national strength and puts forward the objective of building a well-off society in an all-road way ,more and more worldwide attentions are attracted to China's future development: Whether the development and rising of China will injure the benefit of other countries and cause wars ?etc. The substance is which road China will take to develop itself. The article hold that China's diplomatic behavior is decided not only by the objective international factors, but also by the subjective factors, especially China's traditional political culture. The peace-rising theory and the peace-developing theory all focus on the China's traditional political culture. But, only the China's peace-developing theory escaped from the western culture. Aiming at China's peaceful development needs to build up two harmonious societies, i.e., a harmonious internal society and a harmonious international society, which is also called a harmonious world. The economic and,trade and safe relationships between China and ASEAN have developed very fast recent years. The close cooperation and the ever-increasing trade between the two sides are based on the strong bilateral complementarities of trade. Nowadays, as a responsible big country, China with a new look, is initiatively talking part in international affairs and playing constructive roles in it. At last, the article looks the practice and theory of China's peace-development as an antique present for the world.
