The author expands the practical measures of the systematic anti-corruption in the Chinese government project field at present, benefiting from the executive experience in developed areas. These measures include mostly the healthiness of the organization and the perfection of the management system. Finally, summarizing the ShenZhen city's successful practice, the author proves that the systematic anti-corruption would become the ultimate way punishing the corruption in the Chinese government project field.
