Studies On The Role Of Chinese Government On Internet Anti-corruption

Anti-corruption is a world difficulty, it is a not finished writing papers for every country. In the eighth National People’s Congress Party, our new leadership emphasis on anti-corruption, so that the people enhances confidence on anti-corruption. In particular, the appearance of internet anti-corruption raise a anti-corruption climax. At the internet anti-corruption events, officials’ level from the provincial and ministerial level, anti-corruption effectiveness can not be ignored. Many advantages of network corruption prompted many scholars to study the anti-corruption network from different angles.This article study the role of anti-corruption network from the official point. The part of network corruption are government officials and Internet users, but the dominant part are government officials. Every step of network corruption involves government officials, it reflects that government officials are the respondents when network users exposed corruption incidents; the managers who norm network users behavior;the frames who rule anti-corruption legal system; the guiders who control the public voice about network corruption. Therefore, from the government officials perspective, researching network corruption is good for looking for measures about network anti-corruption.The full text is divided into five parts:(1) Introduction. It introduces the research background, importance, research status, defining the relevant concepts, and then pointed out the possible research ideas and innovations.(2) Analysis about anti-corruption issues. The rise of internet anti-corruption: the pros and cons of internet anti-corruption, The experience of foreign countries on internet anti-corruption. It facilitates the study of the role of government officials in the network corruption through the related analysis.(3) The government officials’ status quo. the government officials control the internet anti-corruption, the government officials’ attitude to the network anti-corruption, the government officials’ behaviors on the network anti-corruption.(4)The problems that government officials act as the role in the internet anti-corruption. From the moral level, the organizational level, the technical level, the legal system, it analyzes the government official corruption’s defects.(5)Countermeasures and suggestions which improve government officials’ ability at the network anti-corruption.
