The US congress has been playing a very important role in Tibet problems. I isolated the congress from other parts of the US political department. By doing so, I hope we can get a more clear view on the problem. The US congress is the most aggressive supporter to the tibatan isolatists. The US government has been very prudential in handling the problem but DaLai Lama has many powerful friends in the congress.Senate Rose was very active in Tibet problem. He once pointed out three reasons why he pay attention to it. First, Tibet is an occupied country, people there fighting for they freedom. This is exactly what the American ancestors did. Second, the Tibet problem is a human right problem, he do it for a better life of the Tibet people. Third, this is a geopolitical problem.Although the congress very eager to interfere the problem, the don't make policies, so they can not just do what ever they want. The article has investigated into this phenomenen. In the end, I give some proposal to the Chinese government on how to react to the congress.
