So the existing police funds support system is not consummate, it deeds to be modified.I choose a prospective of Law Science, maintaining the rationale of economic law, combining the economics theory of Marxism and the practice of the socialist market-oriented economy, and apply the legal ,economic, historical and comparative methods to the analysis of the relationship of the police service, the proportion of the police as compared to the population, and the fiscal appropriation.In this article, I pointed out the unreasonable situation of the existing police funds support system, compared to the situation of some foreign countries as to where the police funds from and its institutional arrangements, and put forward some new ideas to the reform of the support mechanism of police funds.Police service funds is a fundamental guarantee for policemen to fulfill their tasks, few soldier can get vicrory without a gun. Police service outlay is drastic to the police of our country to keep their combat capacity. China is now advancing to a market-oriented economic regime, departing its original planned economic model, during which its economic basis turns some new changes, public economy does not constitute all the nation's economy any more, private economy has increased and will keep on its strides. People turn to seek for diversified need of police service, so the original police funds support system cannot satisfy the varying condition of China. Just because of this ,I raised some proposals to the improvement of China's police service funds support system under the rationale of economic law justice, efficiency, and reasonableness.
