The Legal Research Of Rights And Interests Of Peasants In The Process Of Land Expropriation

Rural land expropriation has been expanding as the Chinese development of economy and the urbanization. But, there are many problems in the legislation,law enforcement,and theories in the process of expropriation, causing great waste in the land resources and damaging the rights and interests of both peasants and rural district, which severely produced negative effect on the construction and stability of the society. So, further improving the regulation of land expropriation is very much demanding facing such flinty conditions. Using the theory to fact and comparison methods, the article first set forth the current conditions of land expropriation regulation, and then, analyze the disfigurement and the reasons behind it, finally, give the constructive ways to reform the land expropriation legislations.
