In the 21 century, our country's modernization construction faces a series of challenges brought by the rapid development of the economic globalization, networked information realization and the knowledge economy, the country's campaign for construction of an affluent society, etc., which consequently makes the reinforcement and improvement of our country's ideological & political education bear a significant and profound meaning both theoretically & realistically. However, the appropriate use of the ideological & political education implementation methods will directly influence the result of the ideological & political education.This article researches and compares the connotation, the character and the concrete utilization of the ideological & political education implementation methods, as well as, refines the essence of the ideological & political education implementation methods between China and foreign countries, and buys in for me. At last, help us to consummate our country ideological & political education method system, and at the same time, help us to innovate the ideological & political education method system to make it more integrated, socialized, and modernized. The First part of article expounds the research results of the ideological & political education implementation methods between China and foreign countries. The second part of article introduces Marx, Lenin, Mao Zedong, and Deng Xiaoping about the ideological & political education's methodologies. The third part of article first expounds the type of ideological & political education methods and the connotation and the concrete utilization about ideological & political education implementation methods, and then reviews the production, the development and the innovation of the domestic ideological & political education implementation methods, and finally elaborates that our country employs the chief ideological & political education implementation methods in the different historical periods. The fourth part of article reviews the ideological & political education methods of foreign countries, and then, enumerates and analyzes the chief ideological & political education implementation methods of US, Germany, and Japan under the different patterns. The fifth part of article compares the ideological & political education implementation methods between China and foreign countries, and analyzes the reasons that has the similarities and differences about the implementation methods, and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the ideological & political education implementation methods between China and foreign countries, so that carefully examined the future development direction of the ideological & political education implementation methods thought political education implementation method comparison research.
