Ideological and political education is bridge to consolidate the reign of Chinese Communist Party, to maintain social stability and national unity, it has key value and function as an important means of Comparison Ideological and Political Education Technique, At present, on the way of the process of economic globalization, there are kinds of the social thought emerged, and the values intertwined, all kinds of cultural collision, serious impact on the dominance of mainstream values. Competition under Market economy is more serious than before, same happen between people. With increasing depth the development of society, whether theoretical or ideological differences between people will be increasingly prominent. How to guide people to a scientific comparison of various theories, reasonable about the differences between people is relate to the guiding position of Marxism in the firm, and relate to the consolidation of the socialist system and social stability, therefore, the ongoing Comparison Ideological and Political Education Technique of the Chinese Communist Party has important theoretical and practical value.First, this paper describes methods of ideological and political education and start from comparison of some basic knowledge of points, and concludes the ideological and political education before the comparative study to define a definition for comparison ideological and political education technique, and pointes out the application scope and terms of comparison ideological and political education technique and the unique value. This is the premise of this studySecondly, this paper clarifies the theoretical foundation of Comparison Ideological and Political Education Technique through researching Marxist classical writers on comparative discussion of the Comparison Ideological and Political Education Technique. Exploring methods of comparing theoretical basis for discipline from the Comparison Ideological and Political Education Technique, in addition, the paper also compared from the relevant disciplines, and find out the theory basis of Comparison Ideological and Political Education Technique. On the basis of it, exploring Practice characteristics of Comparison Ideological and Political Education Technique from a macro point of view. This is the theoretical innovation point, also is focus of this paper and practical basis for the research!Finally, this paper summarizes historical experience for Comparison Ideological and Political Education Technique from basis of practice and investigation. This is the foothold of this study.
