Reflections On Spiritual Life In Well-off Society

We are in the process of construction all-round well-off society now. In this situation, productivity has been raised; material life is more prosperous than before. At the same time, spiritual life has improved to some extent. While, we often feel the plenty of materials and the happiness of life are out of proportion, material life and spiritual life are not coordination with each other. The paper tries combining theory and practice, and on the basis of understanding spiritual life, advances some thoughts about spiritual life in well-off society, analysis the important influence of spiritual life to well-off society, and through social investigation, analysis the situation about our spiritual life at present. The paper hopes finding the balance point between material life and spiritual life.Firstly, the understanding to spiritual life.Spiritual life is characteristic of human beings'life, it is related to the emergence and development of human beings'essence; it is related to human beings'metaphysical nature; spiritual life is a kind of activities that is of human beings'inner creativity, it is for human beings'spiritual need, also, it is a mode of life that human becomes human being; from the point of individuality, we can classify spiritual life into internal spiritual life and external spiritual life; material life is the foundation of spiritual life, on this basis, spiritual life can show its special attributes on time-space direction and valuable location. Secondly, the thoughts to spiritual life in well-off society.From the classification to spiritual life, in well-off society, self-consciousness should be enhanced; vulgarization should be avoided in internal spiritual life; understanding and tolerance should be increased among subjects in external spiritual life; from the essence of spiritual life, in"trueness"sense, spiritual life should be more scientific in well-off society; in"good"sense, spiritual life should have positive guidance in well-off society; in"beauty"sense, spiritual life should show the unification between trueness and good further.Thirdly, the influence to spiritual life in well-off society.Spiritual life satisfies the needs of human beings'development in well-off society; Spiritual life reflects human beings'freedom in well-off society; Spiritual life is as very important part for human beings'happiness; Spiritual life is one of the most significant factor for all-round construction to well-off society; Spiritual life acts the role of guard in paddy, so human beings can have an elegant and leisure life.Finally, the investigation, analysis and countermeasures to spiritual life in the process of all-round well-off society.For the cognition to the situation of spiritual life at present, the author asked 182 young people, the methods main in face-to-face investigation and network investigation. Form the investigation; we can know the form of diversity to spiritual life and the content of materialism to spiritual life exist simultaneously; so we should advocate positive spiritual life in the followings: pay close attention to spiritual producing, promote the development of spiritual culture; develop cultural industry; control unreasonable spiritual life form system and public; advocate the national spirits.
