Since the 1950s, the significance of outer space to our human beings has been becoming more and more obvious, at the same time, the activities human beings adopt to impolder and utilize the outer space become more and more stirring, the nations in the world, especially the competition among the great spaceflight nations is more and more furious .As a growing up nation, the outer space is very important to China, exploring and making full use of the outer space determine the subsistence and the future of China at a certain extent.Being different from the former signory which the human beings exploited, the outer space belongs to all the peoples in the world. Confliction and collision among the correlative nations (and other main bodies) is ineluctable in the course of exploitation to the outer space. Therefore, the strategy which China adopts becomes the most important.This paper explains Chinese foreign strategy in the outer space with international relationship theories. The paper starts with discussing the strategic significance of the outer space to sovereignties, analyzing the international circumstance that China faces in the outer space, and the foreign strategy China adopted in such instance, some suggestions are given at last, hoping that could be helpful to Chinese foreign strategy in outer space.
