The Study On The Scope Definition And The Approach Choice Of The Public Services Marketization Of Our Country's Government

Our government has been concentrating nearly all public resources for a long time on providing almost all public services. Governmental monopoly public service has some advantages in times of planned economy, but with the development of society and economy, with the rising of physical life of the people, it is obvious that such services can't meet the needs from the people, and they have produced more and more disadvantages, which not only lead to a too complexed and burdened government but make large resource waste, low efficient, high cost and poor quality as well. Now under the circumstances that we have built up the socialist market economic system, the marketlization of public service has become the main trend. But there are still some problems in the marketlization of our governmental public service. So based on the understanding and analyzing to the theory of governmental pubic service marketlization, according to the reality and the resulted problems of our governmental service, this article points out that unclear limit definition of the governmental pubic service marketlization is one of the main reasons which lead to wrong route selection. From this, the thesis also clones the research on the issue of limit definition of public service marketlization, especially focuses on the issue of the selection of public service marketlization, and provides some advice to the environmental establishment of public service marketlization.
