Study On Realization Approach Of The Public Service Government In Our Country

Since the reform and opening-up, great changes have taken place in economic reform; socialist market economy takes shape tentatively. However, the administrative reform characterized as changing the government function, promoting government's public service ability, lags behind the economic and social development. Public service that the government offers fails to meet the public's requirements. Under background of construction of the Harmonious and Well-off Society, the government will bear greater responsibility, and it is very difficult for the present governance mode to meet the challenge. This requires us to reorientate the governance mode of the government urgently. Considering the requirement of socio-economic development and the trend of public administrative development home and abroad, our goal is to orientate control administration to service administration, change the administrative functions into macro adjustments and controls, market supervisions , social management and public service, realizing the transition from traditional control type government to the public service type government.
