Research On Domestic Violence In Heze City Of Shan Dong Province

Domestic violence called social effects imperil is against human ethic and civilization which would result to a divorce easily, and make of families suffer both flesh and spirit, and thus bring a series of instability elements to society. It' s no longer a pure family problem or ethic one, and it has become a severe social issue. So it is the basic aim and tenet for Chinese marriage law, and also the aim for this thesis, or just author' s one great expectation.Taking Heze region as an example, adopting a method of combining theory and cases in this paper ,we try to introduced status quo of domestic violence in this region and predict its trend and state its reason by analyzing,Summing up and settling domestic violence statistic in this region,,The paper analyzes domestic violence in Heze region from following seven aspects: firstly, though domestic violence just exists in some scope to certain degree and low than other places, the number of accepting cases increases year after year. secondly, spouse violence arises more frequency in domestic violence in which female is always the casualty but no excluding male. It usually appears fighting each other in the violence. Thirdly, there is domestic violence in married people whatever their age, while the possible rate of violence is higher in short marriage life than the ones in long, and the shorter the marriage is, the more danger there is. Fourth, domestic violence exists between families no matter what kind of education they have accepted, but it is more frequency in family whose member got poor education. And it also exists and even ascends between families who have got high diplomas. Fifth, the highest violence rate is spirit violence, next body violence, last sexual one,, Sixth, domestic violence is not limited just in a certain profession, and no matter workers,peasants,Intel lecture or cadres, and whatever their salary is, there is always records of domestic violence, but the violence proportion is higher in low income family and in a family where the couple lost their job. Seventh, the reason that results to domestic violence becomes diversity: cohabitation illegal, economy, character, social pressure, discrepancy of education etc, while the reason is just bad relationship in the past.
