In recent years, following the reform of china's government, it is focused on the evaluation of the government's performance. Some governments have already begun to explore and perform the evaluation of the government's performance.This article is on the basis of these problems in the evaluation of china's government's performance as follows: immature in the evaluation of the government's performance, existing management blanks in evaluation of performance, non-standard arrangement of development's plan and system, non-forming legal, series and scientific evaluation system. The government needs to make some steps to correct these problems such as carrying out the governance reform deeply, pushing the exercise of the evaluation management, constructing and improving the management system of the evaluation of performance. The purpose of this article is to explore the management of the evaluation of the performance's organization and improve it. Furthermore, it will put forward the evaluation undertaking in a standard, logical and constant approach.The evaluation organization is one of the most crucial, central and active factors in the evaluation of performance. The standard management of the evaluation organization brings some positive effects on the progresses of the government's performance. On the basis of categorized evaluation organization, this article proposes the two modes which are the organization's self-regulatory and the government's regulatory for the government's organization through the analysis about the problems of the evaluation activity of the performance. It has made some researches about the principles, contents, the methods in detail, applied measures and so on of these two modes. Besides, this article mentions about the relationship between self-regulatory and regulatory, constructing the scientific efficient self-regulatory and regulatory frame, building the self-regulatory organization and governance regulatory chronic system.This article points out the two positive effects of the government and organization. It will lay a good development base and create the standard of the evaluation of the performance via the organization self-regulatory and regulatory. Moreover, it will maintain the structure of the evaluation and solve the problems in evaluation activity. Likewise, it will promote the evaluation undertaking's perennial development in a healthy, logical and scientific way.
