Division Of Labor System Of Government And Self-regulatory Organization In Securities Regulation In China Study

This article selects the division of government and self-regulatory organizations in securities regulation as the research object. Based on the theory of the division of government and self-regulatory organizations, this article makes an analysis and argumentation on the division of government and self-regulatory organizations in securities regulation, different international regulatory models and different paths generated under different division system both in the history and status quo , in order to put forward ideas and suggestions on the division of government and self-regulatory organizations in securities regulation system.In addition to the introduction and conclusion, the article is divided into three parts: theory basis chapter (Chapter I), empirical analysis chapter (Chapter II, Chapter III and Chapter IV), and system improvement chapter (Chapter V).Chapter I is theory basis chapter, which draws a conclusion of theoretical analysis: a complementarily functional combination in the process of the division and interaction between government and self-regulatory body is the optimal path.Chapter II is historic basis chapter aiming to provide inspiration and guidance for the perfection of related system.Chapter III is status quo analysis aiming to demonstrate the necessity of the perfection of related system.Chapter IV is the analysis of international practice aiming to provide reference and inspiration for the perfection of relevant system.Chapter V is the system improvement chapter, based on the first two parts of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis, this chapter gives the specific recommendations for the perfection of relevant system.The paper applies historical analysis, comparative analysis, theoretical analysis and empirical analysis research methods, in order to make argumentation on the perfection of the division of government and self-regulatory organizations in securities regulation from a number of angles.
