Research Of The Administrative Monopoly In Our Logistics Transport Industry

"The 21st century is the century of logistics". Under the WTO environment, logistics is not only taking an important role in our economy and social development but also determines our international competitiveness in foreign trade, as the important part of our modern economy and the most economical integrate service mode. As one of the seven subsystems of logistics system, transport is the center of logistics flow and the key to logistics operation and function. So there implies great strategic significance in promoting the development of transport industry. However, due to the bondage of our current regulatory administration system and the consciousness of section protection and district protection, the serious administrative monopoly existing in our transport industry have been hindering the development of our transport industry. In this paper, I would like to make some analysis and research with a world view into the administrative monopoly in our logistics transport industry and offer some law suggestion to the control of administrative monopoly.
