We hope find a way to strengthens the company power the protection.This paper is composed of four parts: Part one, trade name and right of trade name. We analyze different views of trade name and right of trade name. Part two, we briefly introduce and evaluate legal systems of trade name about foreign countries, international agreements. Part three, this part analyses the conflict between right of trade name and other commercial mark and solution, including right of trademark and domain name. The last part points out the shortness of circumstance, and we hope that our country should set up new system of portion.
