Analysis To The Predicament Of The Charity Organization Donation In China

The charity undertakings and the charity organization are important constituents of the security system of our society and the work for the public good, its development also is an inevitably request in economic restructuring and the social switcher of our country. This article take the charity organization as the object of this research, it has analyzed the difficulty of the charity organization in the condition of the current society and economic, and analyzed the difficulty of the charity organization in collecting charitable fund. It has analyzed the reason of the difficulty in collecting charitable fund with Structural-Functionism theory and Contingency theory also. First, the important reasons are the insufficiency of public and enterprise's charitable consciousness, lower economy level(most of enterprises and personally are in accumulating time of wealth) ,the imperfect system of law and so on, and the flaw of the charity organization ; Next, the charity organization can not collect enough fund depend on the special organization of collecting charitable fund and the rust degree of People ,because of the flaw and imperfect of the system of donation and surveillance in our charity undertaking and charity organization ; Finally, with " stakeholder theory " this article has analyzed the possible way for collecting more fund in concluding the above factors and profiting from US Charity undertakings ,the author hope this article can be benefit for Chinese charity organization in collecting charity fund.
