Research On Construction And Application Of Evaluation Indicators System Of Charity Organization Accountability

Recently, Non-profit Organization in China is developing rapidly, the role of charity in the process of China social development rise continuously. However, with "GuoMeiMei event","central African hope project" the young executive chairman and a series of events let charity organization’s reputation was a great impact, charity organization also exposed a lot of problems, credibility serious challenges. Therefore, how to promote charity organization’s credibility has become charity organization development in urgent need to address the problem. Establish a set of scientific and feasible charity organization credibility evaluation index system, not only well for charity organization to carry on the effective evaluation, but also important to help charity organization find its insufficiency. Then suit the remedy to the case to rebuild charity organization’s credibility, make charitable organization healthy development.In this paper, we adopt several appropriate research methods, such as literature research, questionnaire survey and analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and other scientific methods. Firstly, charity organization credibility of relevant the cortical foundation. Secondly,reference existing literature from the credit degree, service level, good degree and in accordance with the transparent degree four aspects according to the scientific, comprehensive and representative, operability, practical principles quasi chose charity organization credibility of26secondary evaluation index, and then through the questionnaire survey to determine the selection of22secondary index and four level index, and use AHP to determine the weight of index so as to construct the charity organization credibility rating index system. Thirdly, the empirical research to Red Cross Society of China as the research object to Red Cross a questionnaire survey of the credibility of the situation, and the data from the investigation are analyzed, and a conclusion that Red Cross Society of China comprehensive score. At the end, the paper put forward some suggestions to improve Red Cross Society of China credibility countermeasures. To improve the credibility need to establish a good image, good faith construction accountability mechanism, increase the transparency of information, and strengthen the concept of service.
