Ideological and political education is that social or community groups with certain ideas, politics, and code of ethics implement a purposed, well-planned, organized impact on its members, so that they are consistent with the requirements of certain social and political ideology and moral qualities of social practice. In a word, the purpose of ideological and political education is to transform the external social request into an innermost conviction of trainee and promote their good behavior. This shows innermost transformation plays a key role in ideological and political education and holds an important position. This article raises a countermeasures suggestion which strengthens innermost transformation of the trainee, based on the study, reference and draw of the research result of innermost transformation of ideological and political education in recent years, deeply studies the contents, characteristics and theoretical basis of the innermost transformation of ideological and political education, the structures and mechanisms of the innermost transformation of ideological and political education, and the main issues of the innermost transformation of the current ideological and political education.
