A Study On The Present Situation And Countermeasures Of The Ideological And Political Education For The Disabled In Chongqing

Urban community is the collection of different groups of people and social problems or contradictions arise in it.The disabled with ideological problems in urban community not only affects the development of the disabled themselves,but also is not conducive to the harmony and stability of the urban community and social unity.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out ideological and political education for disabled people who is living in urban communities,and relevant departments should guide disabled people to establish Outlook on life and values.This is not only conducive to the stability of the disabled groups,but also conducive to the healthy development of the community.In terms of theoretical basis,according tothe theory of all-round development of human beings,the social support theory for the disabled and the ideological and political education theory of Marxism,this paper puts forward the importance of Ideological and political education of city community for the disabled.The above theory is the guidance for the ideological and political education for the disabled in city community.In terms of practical basis,this paper focused on practice of Shapingba district of Chongqing city and collected research data about the ideological and political education for the disabled in urban community through questionnaires.This paper finds that the ideological and political education in city community has achievements and problems.Considering the characteristics of the disabled and the internal and external factors,this paper argues that reasons for the poor effect of the ideological and political education for the disabled in urban communities are summed up as follows.Firstly,the construction of urban community ideological and political education is not enough,which affects the enthusiasm of the disabled.Secondly,work team of urban community ideological and political education is not perfect and it cannot meet the needs of the disabled.Thirdly,the content of Ideological and political education in urban communities is lack of pertinence and it is not attractive to the disabled.Finally,methods of urban community ideological and political education lack diversity and it cannot benefit all disabled.According to the actual situation in China,this paper puts forwards the countermeasures to improve the ideological and political education for the disabled in urban community of Chongqing.There are four aspects of the solution including environment,team,content and method.In terms of the educational environment,Should expand thefunding sourcesof the ideological and political education for the disabled,strengthen and improve the infrastructure related to the disabled.In terms of the education team,related departments should make main use of the community party organization,make auxiliary use of the community self-organization,and build up a high quality ideological and political education work team.In terms of the content of education,in the educational content,put theoretical inculcation and policy advocacy together to make a rich and vivid content of education,from the actual situation of the disabled to improve the relevance and effectiveness of educational content.In terms of the education method,the method of ideological and political education should be more diversity and flexibility.
