Research On The Ideological And Political Education Of Urban Communities In Northern China

With the acceleration of urbanization in China,more and more people enter the community,and the thoughts of the community residents are also changing and developing.Therefore,the ideological and political education in the community is particularly important.Finding the key points of ideological and political education in urban communities and solving the problems in the ideological and political constructing process which exist in urban communities are the keys to enhance the ideological and political construction in urban communities.Implementing ideological and political education in urban communities has the great practical significance impact for safeguarding the CCP ruling foundation,enhancing the cohesion of community organizations,maintaining social stability and strengthening the concrete construction of urban communities.It also plays a essential role in China's prosperity and long-term stability.In the new era,the ideological and political education work in urban communities in northern China has been put into test.More ways of ideological and political education are urgently needed to be explored and expanded.Whether the fast living pace and the improvement of people's living standards will lead the residents to pursue the timeliness of life and ignore the position of theoretical basis? This essay summarized the main problems and the causes in the ideological and political education work in the urban communities in northern China,and it illustrated a series of countermeasures to strengthen the ideological and political education work.Based on the perspective of ideological and political education research and problem analysis,this paper systematically analyzes the existing problems and causes in the daily ideological and political education work in Nanling Street Baiyi Community,Hongcheng Street Dongfeng Community and Fuyu Street Nanxi Community in Nanguan District of Changchun City through the principle of combining theories with practice and adopting methods such as literature analysis,field investigation and theory with practice,and puts forward countermeasures to strengthen the ideological and political education work in the city under the new circumstance.This article has five parts.The first chapter is the introduction,including the background and significance of ideological and political education in urban communities in China,the research status at home and abroad,research methods,innovations,etc.Thesecond chapter summarizes the basic connotation of community ideological and political education and the significance of strengthening ideological and political education in urban communities.The third chapter analyzes the main problems and causes of the current ideological and political education in northern urban communities.The fourth chapter,mainly bases on analyzing the phenomena and reasons and puts forward the ways to strengthen the ideological and political education in urban communities from three aspects:improving the service consciousness of the ideological and political education in communities,innovating the working methods of the ideological and political education in urban communities,and perfecting the working mechanism of the ideological and political education in urban communities.Finally,the conclusion of this paper is used to mentor the practice.
