Public service oriented E-government is an electronic government pattern which is customer-centered and on the principle of serving the public. Nowadays, public service oriented E-government has become more and more important, since the project of constructing a service oriented government was put forward. However, because infected by the concept that is "technology is the first" and the overall arrangement centered on Gold-Series Project, it appears that the public service oriented E-government is lack of coordination with the embodiment of insufficient cooperative work of many departments and redundant construction. Therefore, the E-government coordination needs to be promoted. E-government coordination is a method which can reinforce the cooperation among all the elements in the process of E-government so that the performance of E-government could be promoted. E-government coordination is not only simply application of software but embodiment of "emphasis on government" which has the features of integrated and systematic.This paper, based on the theory of project management, perceiving through the concrete evidence, according to the principle of demand-oriented, analyzes the necessity and feasibility of E-government coordination, then analyzes the framework of public service oriented E-government coordination, including coordination between the community and government based on the idea of "project", coordination in the government based on the idea of "project oriented" and specific organization pattern, coordination between functional department and information management department based on strong matrix organizations, coordination among Party A, Party B and Party C. In addition, it's important to set up the performance evaluation mechanism, project management education and training mechanism, and standardization mechanism for E-government.
