Military Housing Construction Socialization Mode And Its Application Study

The military housing construction is a complex system engineering. It comes down to the various fields or departments, such as community, policy, market, geography, humanity, city construction and environments. This study analyzes the military housing construction system using the methodology of system engineering and modern management science, understands the relationship between each elements of the military housing construction system, controls and manages the key element of the military housing construction system. This Paper presents a logistic service group mode for military housing construction, this mode can solve the major problem of the military housing construction, and it can get an effect of "all-win". This Paper establishes an index evaluation system for evaluating the strength of the capital construction company. This proposed index system was designed from four aspects, competent extent & credit standing, validity of the construction measure, rationality of the bid budget and quoted price. Finally, the author introduces a case of Ke-Da hometown of National University of Defense Technology. The author analyzes the material implement process of military housing construction socialization according to Ke-Da hometown. The success of Ke-Da hometown suggests that the logistic service group mode for military housing construction is correct and feasible. This study summarizes many experiences from the military housing construction socialization; it can be consulted by the Chinese government and Chinese military department in the housing socialization.
